David A. Streubel    
David Streubel practices business law, including commercial litigation, business transactions, antitrust law, entertainment and hospitality law, and white-collar criminal defense. He has represented clients in a wide variety of business and commercial disputes and has litigated complex matters in state and federal courts around the country, including the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Streubel has counseled and brought actions for and against corporations, partnerships, and individuals in a broad range of business disputes. He has also defended businesses and businesspersons in state and federal criminal matters and parallel civil proceedings. In civil cases, Mr. Streubel has represented many clients including the Arizona Cardinals, the Miami Dolphins, and B.F. Goodrich. In white-collar criminal cases, he has represented corporate and individual clients. Mr. Streubel has provided those same services to the entertainment and hospitality industries, in addition to negotiating agreements in many sectors of those economies.
